  President Obama recently went out in an interview, strongly criticizing the plan of mass deportations of the pre-candidate Donald Trump. President Obama said that Donald Trump is not realistic because he wants to deport more than 11 million immigrants. Obama said:  From where Donald Trump will get hundreds of billions of dollars needed to make the deportations., “That’s not how we are as Americans,”, Imagine that you turn on the TV and the only thing you can watch is immigration officers dragging parents to separate them from their children, that is the future that Donald Trump wants for USA. President Obama basically made fun of Donald Trump and his plan, as the Republican pre-candidates have make fun of Donald Trump too. • Mockery of Donald Trump 11/10/2015
• The precandidate Donald Trump recently went on the popular show on the past Saturday night called “Saturday Nigth Live”. In that program, he again took the opportunity to make fun and insult Hispanic immigrants and the country of Mexico specifically. This was during a scene that an actor represented President Peña Nieto, who handed a check to Donald Trump for the alleged payment of the wall that could be constructed between Mexico and the United States. Again,  this precandidate to the presidency is insulting immigrants and mocks at every opportunity he has. Therefore, we can not let him get to the White House. • Critics to new leader of the House of Representatives 11/4/2015
  The White House spokesman Josh Earnest, has strongly criticized the new leader of the House of Representatives Paul Ryan. This is because this Sunday the leader of the chamber came to give comments that will not allow pass immigration reform during the presidency of President Obama. This is because President Obama took executive action on immigration and did not consulted the congress therefore can not be trusted. The White House said that the new leader’s comments were ironic because Paul Ryan had previously supported the immigration reform.   Did you know that there are over 160,000 people in deportation proceedings? When you have a process of deportation, you think that there is no solution in your case. The key is to find out if you really have a deportation order. If you had contact, either at the border or inside the country with immigration it is likely to have a deportation order. On the other hand, if you never had contact with immigration there is no way that you have a deportation against you. The point is that it is important to find out if you have the deportation, because the strategy is completely different, and know how to attack the case. • What to do now? 11/12/2015
  The big question right now is, what are we going to do? This question comes after bloking the Executive Action. At the moment, the Executive Action is being appealed to the Supreme Court and a positive result is anticipated in the summer of 2016. The point is that executive action will give you a work and travel permit, but not the residence, as many think. My advice is that you should start taking steps towards the residence. For example, if you have a son who is a US citizen and over 21, we can start making the Family Petition that protects you against deportation or a detention. This can be done because your lawyer can argue that you have family ties and you shouldn’t be deported. Therefore, it would be the first step towards the residence.   Did you know that we “The Immigrants” contribute in million dollars to the economy of the United States? This shows that the proposals of the Republican candidates, wanting to have mass deportations, particularly of Donald Trump, are completely wrong. Imagine the impact on the economy that have caused immigrants. An example of this is Denver, where immigrants have contributed 6.9 billion dollars to the economy. They also paid $ 673 million in local taxes and $ 1.2 billion in federal taxes. Without immigrants the economy of the whole country would be severely affected. • Discussion about Waivers 10/28/2015
  Many people have asked me, when it takes effect the Waiver Inside the Country for everyone with Family Petitions. I tell them it is official because the immigration regulation was published in the Federal Register. Immigration will start receiving the applications before the end of the year or early 2016. The key for you is, if you know that immigration is about to receive the Waiver inside the United States, we can not prepare waivers to make people leave the country. This is because we will no longer take the risk to send someone out and stay out for ten years as a result of a possible waiver denial.
